Very reassuring during a stressful time. Understanding and spoke clearly to me, also asking if I had further questions.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care received from Mrs Delchar and her team during my visit to the Gynaecology department at Queens hospital. I was really nervous in the waiting room and also concerned about how my arm in a sling would affect the procedure. Mrs Delchar put me at ease from the moment I sat opposite her in consultation room. She was very friendly, concerned and caring, while maintaining professional and excellent standards of service. I came out feeling very positive about the whole experience. I cannot thank them enough!

I was very pleased to get the amount of co-operation and support from the team. Specially, Mrs. Lois Delcher's procedural performance was highly professional. It was an extremely good team work.

All the nurses were really professional kind and considerate. Thay did not rush me and supported me thoroughly through an uncomfortable proceedure. They also included my husband really well. They explained everythinbg very well without being at all patronising. Thank you

The head nurse and her two assistants, Michelle and Dawn treated me with the utmost respect and dignity whilst I was in their care. Lois explained what was going to happen during the procedure and asked me if I understood and if I had any questions to ask. I was nervous about the procedure but I was put at ease and was continually asked if I was ok during the procedure. When I started to feel extremely uncomfortable, Lois listened to my wishes and stopped the procedure immediately. Thank you ladies for your support!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hysteroscopy clinic. Unfortunately for some ladies the procedure can be a little uncomfortable and it is important we respect their wishes.
